You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will enter production and cannot be stopped.

Returns

As our products are made-to-measure, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or make an error in your order.

If any part of your order is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@instantfitblinds.co.uk or call us on 0800 246 1898.

When contacting us via email please include your name, address, order number, and the item name from your order confirmation, along with supporting photographs.
